What the hell is this? He wants to be on kids to make himself feel tough or something? Skateboarding’s a means of transportation and recreation. I saw no one do anything wrong. Even the kid who ran wasn’t on the ground getting arrested. That cop needs to be discharged because his actions arn’t in any way acceptable.
